Impro Academy is the improvisation school of the Improfessionals - the international impro theatre troupe in Paris. It is directed by Florian Bartsch and Caspar Schjelbred.

We offer weekly impro classes, as well as specialised one-off workshops, in both English and in French. Whether it's for stage purposes or just for your personal pleasure - anyone who wants to become a better improviser is welcome at the Impro Academy.

Improvisational theatre is more or less what it sounds like: drama and comedy created on the spur of the moment. It's a highly personal and challenging art form; the skills used in impro - or improv - are an essential asset to anyone, actor or non-actor. Why? - Because this is the stuff of life.
